    Review your plan and make adjustments by trying out your workout routine

  3. Week 3: Activation & Habits

    This week is about committing—not to perfection, but to consistency. Begin light workouts with proper form focus.

  4. Week 4: Strengthen & Stabilize

    This week is about building strength and stabilizing your routine. Increase intensity moderately, but stay mindful of form.

  5. Week 6: Reassess & Reflect

    Return to the same assessments from Week 1 and compare your data and how you feel. Journal about what changed physically and mentally. The goal isn’t to stop—it’s to know how to keep going sustainably.

  6. Week 5: Push & Refine

    By now, your baseline has shifted. Push your limits—try new exercises, go heavier, or shave time off your cardio. This week is about conscious effort: you’re not just showing up, you’re showing improvement.
